Scrum Master Certified (SMC TM) Training

Scrum Master Certified (SMC^TM) training delivers understanding of the principles and working knowledge of the Scrum framework through case-studies, role-plays, meetings, quizzes and other exercises. The experienced trainer will encourage the aspirants to actively participate in the sessions for getting the basic idea on the Scrum practices and Scrum process to be followed in any project. The study is based on the SBOK^TM Guide 2013 edition.

Upon the completion of the training, you will hold the following skillset:

The professionals interested in obtaining a working knowledge of Scrum and become a Scrum Master. Project Sponsors, Project Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum team members, business analysts, software engineers, programmers, testers, designers, and also the business owners can learn Scrum methodologies and adopt to it.

While there is no formal prerequisite for this training, however candidates with a strong interest in Scrum practices are the ideal participants for this course.

After being trained in the above skills, to get the official ‘Scrum Master Certified’ certificate, you can attempt for the SMC^TM exam conducted by SCRUMstudy.
